Waco Trash & Recycling Pickup Schedule (2026)

How residential trash and recycling collection works in Waco, with the official schedule lookup. Updated July 2026.

Who picks up: City of Waco Solid Waste Services.

Gray trash carts are collected once weekly and blue recycling and green yard-waste carts every other week, all on the same service day determined by the city's four collection zones. Carts must be at the curb by 7 a.m. on pickup day (no earlier than 5 p.m. the evening before), and holiday weeks can shift the pickup day per the city's annual calendar.
